Hi, Im Giselle.
 

I am an excited first-time property owner of a new BTO in Tampines (I love the East!), and fast forward to today, when I received my keys to my new abode. Five years ago, I was so thrilled to apply for a BTO just so that i can proudly own a matrimonial home. Prior to becoming a realtor, I did not know there were in fact other options available as a First Time Home Buyer back then. BTO was the readily available route that everyone was jumping in. Would i still do the same now?

 

I am also a dog mom of 2 adorable dogs (Shiba Inu and a Rottweiler mongrel mix), theme park lover, softspot for Mandapop, carbs lover.
